The grubs get nothing extra.

The crypto tax platform that actually computes entity tax — Australian, US, UK or European — reconciles every DeFi transaction, and keeps all your entities under one login.

Why Grubless

Every other tool treats you like an individual with a spreadsheet.

You're not. You run entities, with real tax logic behind them — and DeFi activity that breaks lesser tools. Grubless is built for exactly that.

01 · ENTITY-AWARE

Real entity tax, not a hand-off

Australia: base-rate-entity company rates (25% vs 30%), SMSF phase-aware CGT, the 12-month discount, trust treatment, and business versus investor income. United States: gains by filing status after the standard deduction, NIIT, the $3,000 loss offset, per-wallet basis from 2025, and the flat 21% C-corp rate. United Kingdom: HMRC share pooling (same-day, 30-day, section 104), the annual exempt amount, the October 2024 rate change, and corporation tax with marginal relief. Europe: Germany's one-year exemption, France's Form 2086 portfolio formula, the Netherlands' Box 3, and five more. Computed in the ledger, not left for your accountant to re-apply by hand.

02 · DEFI THAT RECONCILES

Accuracy you can actually trust

Solana, EVM, Hyperliquid, bridges, LPs, staking and multisig activity recognised and matched. Missing cost base and unknown transfers are surfaced as fixable — never silently dropped in a way that understates your gains.

a clean-looking report is not a correct one
03 · ALL IN ONE PLACE

Every entity, one login

Your company, SMSF, trust and personal holdings together — and each entity carries its own jurisdiction, so an Australian company, a US individual and a UK trading company sit side by side under one login. Owner, preparer and viewer roles let your accountant work alongside you, with no separate subscription per entity.

04 · YOUR DATA, YOUR CALL

Nothing you can't take with you

Exchange credentials are encrypted before they're stored, and read-only access is all Grubless ever asks for. Every figure it computes can be exported: your full transaction history, capital gains, income and the complete tax bundle, as CSV — by download or from the command line.

encrypted credentials · export everything
Crypto and cash, one ledger

Your bank accounts belong in the same picture.

Most crypto tax tools stop at the exchange. Grubless keeps going: bring in your bank and card statements and the money side sits beside the coins — so a company’s tax figure includes its real revenue and deductions, and you can see what a year actually cost you, not just what it gained.

BANK & CARD

Statements beside your wallets

Connect Up and Wise directly, or import any bank or card statement export. Deposits and withdrawals sit next to the crypto trades they paid for, and the dashboard can show your cash alongside your holdings.

up · wise · bank & card CSV · more direct feeds on the roadmap
BUSINESS INCOME

Revenue and deductions in the same tax figure

For a company or trust, income received and deductible business expenses from the bank flow into the same calculation as its crypto gains — one tax figure, not two spreadsheets for your accountant to stitch together.

companies · trusts · categorised by your rules
SPENDING

Where the money actually goes

Outgoings are categorised automatically with your own rules, so spending reads by category and by month. Crypto card spend — KAST and ether.fi Cash — is matched to the coin each purchase disposed of, because every swipe is a disposal.

Jurisdictions

Your country's rules, computed — not approximated.

Each entity is taxed under its own jurisdiction, with that country's tax year, cost-basis rules, rates and allowances. Anything the calculation doesn't cover for a country is noted beside the figure.

Supported
Australia (ATO) United States (IRS) United Kingdom (HMRC) Germany France Netherlands Spain Italy Ireland Austria Portugal Custom rules

Somewhere else? The Custom jurisdiction lets you set the rates, brackets, allowances, holding-period rules, loss treatment and whether coin-to-coin swaps are taxed — or start from any country above and adjust it.

What each one computes

Australia — 12-month CGT discount, base-rate-entity company rates, SMSF phases, trusts, Division 7A and Division 70 trading stock. United States — Form 8949 and Schedule D, short- and long-term loss carryover, per-wallet basis. United Kingdom — 6 April tax year, HMRC matching rules for individuals and companies, the SA108 cryptoasset boxes. Germany — tax-free after a year, the €1,000 threshold, the solidarity surcharge. France — flat tax, the €305 threshold, deferred swaps. Netherlands — Box 3 on the 1 January value. Spain, Italy, Ireland, Austria, Portugal — each country's rates, allowances and swap rules.

Integrations

Connect what you already hold.

Read-only, always — a public address, an exchange key with no withdrawal permission, or a CSV. Grubless never needs a private key.

Chains

29 EVM networks, plus Solana, Bitcoin and more

Add one address and Grubless probes every EVM chain for activity, then creates a source only where it finds some.

Positions, not just token movements

Liquidity, lending and staking are recognised as positions — so a deposit isn’t booked as a disposal, and what comes back out keeps its cost base.

The honest comparison

Where the mainstream tools stop, Grubless keeps going.

Most crypto tax software splits your entities across separate accounts and hands you a report. It doesn't compute the tax. That's the gap.

How it works

Connect. Reconcile. File.

STEP 01

Connect everything

On-chain wallets across Solana, EVM chains, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Cardano, Sui, Zcash, Tron and Hyperliquid, plus 19 exchanges and CSV imports — for every entity you run, in whichever country it is taxed.

STEP 02

Reconcile the truth

Grubless recognises DeFi, bridges and transfers, cross-checks against real balances, and hands you a short list of anything worth fixing — before it touches your return.

STEP 03

File with confidence

Capital gains and income reports per entity, ready for your jurisdiction’s tax authority, with the correct rates already applied and each entity’s own financial year. Hand your accountant answers, not a shoebox.

Reconciliation-first

If the numbers don't add up, we tell you.

The industry's dirty secret is that a tidy PDF can be quietly wrong — unsupported transactions dropped, cost base guessed, gains understated. Grubless won't hide it.

  • Live balances cross-checked against every exchange and chain
  • Missing cost base surfaced with the lot it traces back to
  • Unknown counterparties flagged, not assumed away
  • Bridges, wraps and internal transfers matched, not double-taxed
Who it's for

If your crypto has grown up, so should your tax tool.

Businesses

Pty Ltd or C-corp trading, treasury and DeFi activity with the right company rate applied.

Funds

SMSFs

Phase-aware CGT and reporting your fund's accountant can actually rely on.

Investors

Multi-entity holders

Company, trust and personal, across borders — one account, one clear picture, no rework.

Advisers

Accountants

Run every client's entities in one place, with the tax logic done for you.

Where this is going

Crypto is the hard part. It isn’t the whole picture.

Grubless exists because crypto broke the tools built for shares and bank feeds. With the hard end solved and the money side already beside it, the rest of the picture is the obvious next move — one place that knows everything you own, and what you owe on it. Nothing below is dated, and nothing marked “on the roadmap” is built yet.

Wealth

One position, not one asset class

The same engine that tracks a cost base across 29 chains does not care whether the parcel is a token or a share. Holding both and reading them in two places is the problem; a CGT report that covers only half your disposals is the symptom.

On the roadmap
Shares & ETFs AU and US brokers Managed funds Superannuation Dividends & franking credits Whole-of-portfolio net worth One CGT position across everything
Getting paid

Invoices and payment links, booked as revenue

Businesses that accept crypto currently invoice somewhere else and reconcile by hand — and a payment landing in a wallet is exactly the event this product already knows how to value and classify.

On the roadmap
Payment links Invoices Priced in fiat, settled in crypto Payments reconciled to the invoice Booked as revenue, at the rate on the day GST handling

Pricing

Priced for how you actually hold crypto.

These are the prices for when Grubless leaves beta — today, everything is free. One subscription covers every prior year: no paying again for each year, no cumulative-transaction traps. Just the tier that fits your entities.

Beta
Everything, free, while we’re in beta. The full plan — every entity, every report, every prior year — with no card and no trial clock. When Grubless leaves beta, generating reports and tax figures needs a plan; your connected sources and reconciled history stay exactly where they are.

Your financial history isn't the product.

Grubless reads. It never asks for a private key or a withdrawal permission, and the credentials you do connect are encrypted before they're stored. Your ledger stays exportable in full, so choosing Grubless is never a decision you can't reverse.
